Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing, installing, or using the tago Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services" or "tago Services"), including but not limited to the tago mobile application and official website, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Registration Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). You are a party to this Agreement, and the other party is Hangzhou Jining Network Technology Co., Ltd and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "tago," "we," "us," or "our"), with its registered office address at: Room 304, Building 1, Zhishanghui Commercial Center, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

You and tago are collectively referred to as the "Parties," and individually as a "Party." tago reserves the right to revise or update this Agreement at its sole discretion from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the "Updated as of" date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Eligibility and Account Security

You may only use the Services and enter into this Agreement if you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract.

All actions, transactions, and activities conducted under your tago account are deemed to be performed by you and remain your sole responsibility. You must maintain the absolute confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password.

1. Account Management

Accurate Information: When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration forms. You agree to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

Security Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify tago of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Suspension: tago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or disable your account at any time, with or without notice, if we detect any risk of violation of this Agreement, potential service disruption, intellectual property infringement, or any suspected illegal activity.

Third-Party Login: Users may choose to register or log in via authorized third-party services. The collection and processing of your data by such third parties are governed by their respective privacy policies. Please refer to the tago Privacy Policy for further integration details.

Termination by User: If you wish to stop using the Services and delete your account, you may use the in-app account deletion feature or contact our support team at wenl67325@gmail.com.

Finality of Deletion: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Upon deletion, all associated content, virtual items, and historical data will be irretrievably purged from our active systems.

2. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is a core priority for tago. Our collection, storage, and processing of your personal information are governed by the tago Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy in detail to understand your rights and how to manage your privacy settings.

3. Scope of Services

User-Generated Content (UGC): tago provides a platform for users to engage in video streaming, real-time chat, social posting, voice interaction, and other collaborative activities. You may create, publish, transmit, and store text, audio, images, code, or other data ("User Content").

Platform Features: Users may utilize tago-provided interactive tools, including music libraries, stickers, filters, and virtual items ("tago Features") to enhance their User Content.

Advertising and Discovery: tago may display advertisements, sponsored content, and promotional materials to help users discover products, services, or content offered by third-party merchants or institutions.

Safety and Protection: tago utilizes global moderation teams and advanced automated technology to identify and mitigate abuse. This may include content filtering, account restrictions, or cooperation with law enforcement agencies.

Global Infrastructure: To ensure high-quality global access, your data and content may be stored, processed, and distributed via servers located worldwide, operated by tago or its trusted affiliates.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or distributing content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, or inciting violence;

• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsifying your identity or affiliation;

• Stalking, threatening, or collecting personal information of other users without explicit consent;

• Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features or digital rights management tools;

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the tago App;

• Creating derivative works based on the tago Services without prior written authorization;

• Distributing viruses, trojans, or any other malicious or disruptive software;

• Interfering with the operation of servers, networks, or the user experience of others;

• Using automated scripts or "bots" to collect information from the platform;

• Using the Services for any unauthorized commercial purposes or illegal schemes.

tago reserves the right to remove or edit User Content at its sole discretion if it deems such content to be in violation of these standards.

5. UGC Rights and Responsibilities

License Grant: By posting or uploading UGC to the tago platform, you grant tago and its successors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any and all media formats.

Prohibited Content Categories: You are strictly prohibited from sharing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), content promoting self-harm, drug trafficking, terrorism, or fraudulent misinformation.

Independency of Views: Content posted by users (including virtual gifts or comments) represents the views of the individual user and does not reflect the values or official positions of tago.

6. Content Moderation

tago employs a multi-layered review system involving both AI-driven filters and human moderators. While we strive for a safe environment, we do not guarantee the identification of all infringing content. Violations may result in immediate content takedown, permanent account banning, and legal reporting.

7. Virtual Items and Transactions

Only users who have reached the age of majority may purchase virtual currency (e.g., "Diamonds") or virtual gifts.

Pricing: All prices are clearly displayed on the purchase page.

Finality: All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Usage: Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender or transferred outside the tago ecosystem.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services (including but not limited to software, graphics, branding, and "look and feel") are owned by tago or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the tago App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE tago SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. tago DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL tago, ITS DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO tago IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by the courts of appropriate jurisdiction in the location of tago's registration.
