The service is provided by Hangzhou Jining Network Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company," "we," or "us"). 2.1 Information You Actively Provide
  • Basic Identity Information (Name, Date of Birth, Gender): Used for account creation, identity verification, fulfilling the 18+ age threshold legal obligations, and enabling account recovery.

  • Profile and Social Data (Avatar, Hometown, Bio, Social Media Usernames, Friend List): Used to provide a personalized experience, allow other users to identify you in social scenarios, and enable friend linking.Google login is used only for authentication and does not collect or store email addresses.

  • User-Generated Content (UGC): Text, images, audio, video, and interaction records you post. Legal Basis: Necessary for the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in content safety auditing.

  • Payment and Transaction Records: Transaction ID, merchant name, purchase amount, and time. Used for financial compliance, refund processing, and fraud monitoring (Note: Original payment card info is handled directly by third-party payment processors; we do not store it).

2.2 Information Collected Automatically
  • Deep Device Identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, MAC Address, Android ID, IDFA, Serial Number): Used to uniquely identify authorized devices, prevent multi-account abuse and malicious registration, and execute hardware-level bans for severe violations. On Android 10+ devices, we prioritize resettable identifiers and only use hardware-level IDs when necessary for security audits.

  • Network and Location Data (IP Address IPv4/v6, Connection Type): Used to identify approximate geographic location for regional compliance; adapt localized languages; and diagnose network latency for connection optimization.

  • Technical Logs (System Version, Screen Resolution, Browser Type, Phone Brand): To ensure app compatibility, optimize UI rendering, and conduct system crash analysis to improve stability.

  • App Environment Awareness (Detecting if WhatsApp or Google Play is installed): Used to provide integrated official customer service channels and ensure secure app updates through official channels.

2.3 Operating System Permission Usage and Justification
  • Camera and Microphone: Used for video calls, voice chats, and capturing/recording multimedia content for upload.

  • Photo Album and External Storage: Used to read selected media files for upload or save screenshots and received media files to the local album.

  • Clipboard: Trigger Condition: Only identifies invitation codes or text when you perform a "Paste" operation. We do not perform silent background scanning.

  • Bluetooth: Only used during active calls to detect and connect wireless headsets, ensuring accurate audio routing and improved call quality.

  • Notifications: Used for real-time alerts for new messages, friend requests, and account security warnings.

3. UGC Management, Reporting, and Blocking (Safety Tools)

  • Real-time Monitoring: We utilize automated filtering technology combined with manual review to monitor all UGC in real-time.

  • Blocking and Reporting: We provide clear "Report" and "Block" entries on all content and user profiles. You can stop a specific user from interacting with you at any time.

  • Rapid Response: Our safety team is on standby 24/7 and promises to complete the review of reports within 24 hours. Violators face content deletion, feature restrictions, or permanent hardware bans.

4. Minor Protection and Child Safety (CSEA) Zero Tolerance

tago strictly prohibits use by minors under the age of 18. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

  • Definition and Prohibitions: We strictly prohibit uploading, storing, or distributing CSAM, grooming minors, depicting children in a sexualized manner, or any form of child nudity.

  • Mandatory Actions: If CSEA-related violations are detected by our system or verified manually, we will take the following actions within 24 hours:

    • Permanent Deletion: Completely delete relevant violating data from servers and all backups.

    • Permanent Ban: Immediately terminate the associated account and implement a permanent hardware ID ban on the device.

  • Legal Referral and Reporting: For illegal acts involving CSAM, we will preserve evidence (including IP, device ID, original content) and report directly to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

5. Data Security and Third-Party Sharing

  • Encrypted Transmission: We use HTTPS/TLS encryption to ensure data is not intercepted during transmission.

  • Non-Sale Statement: We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

  • Mandatory Disclosure: We may disclose necessary data upon receipt of a subpoena, court order, or as required by laws and regulations.

  • Third-Party Integration: We integrate Agora for real-time audio/video and Firebase/Adjust for crash reporting and attribution analysis.
